Overview
Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a full refund or exchange, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless instructed.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, only partial refunds may be granted:
Books with clear signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card provider, as it may take time for your refund to be posted.
Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@thinkteqsolutions.com.au.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser to be given later, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Shipping returns
You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not of acceptable quality, or does not match its description, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement at no cost to you.
